MagSafe Charger Stand

Thank you for choosing our MagSafe charger stand. This guide is designed to assist you in setting up and optimally using your new accessory.

Step 1: Preparation

Before starting, ensure that your MagSafe charger and its corresponding cable are within reach.

Step 2: Inserting the MagSafe

  1. Take the MagSafe and carefully insert it into the protective mini-case provided for this purpose. Ensure it fits snugly and aligns perfectly with the case's contours.
  2. Ensure the magnetic side of the MagSafe faces outward, enabling a better connection with your device.

Step 3: Positioning on the Stand

  1. Next, place the protective mini-case containing the MagSafe onto the stand. Make sure it's stable and doesn't risk falling off.
  2. Locate the dedicated hole on the stand, specifically designed for the cable's passage.
  3. Insert the MagSafe cable through this hole. This not only provides a sleek aesthetic but also ensures the cable remains in place and doesn't get tangled.

Tip: For enhanced durability, avoid bending or pinching the cable during installation.

Step 4: Charging

  1. Connect the other end of the cable to a power source.
  2. Position your MagSafe-compatible device onto the stand. Due to the magnets, your device should naturally attach and begin charging.

Conclusion:

Your MagSafe charger stand is now ready for use. Ensure you place it in a safe location, away from liquids or excessive heat.

Thank you for your trust, and we hope you enjoy using your new MagSafe charger stand. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

CHARGING PROBLEMS ON SOME 2023 MODELS

If the charger works on its own, but not on the stand...

On some of our models, the magnets are slightly larger, which creates waves that interfere with charging. To solve the problem, one of the rings must be stuck on the back of the charger (see image opposite) before inserting it into the mini-case for optimal charging. This slight offset prevents the magnets from influencing the charge. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact customer support.
