Order Status

How can I check on the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the related tracking details for your package.
You can check your order status any time here.

Can I make a change before shipping?

We’d be happy to make any desired changes to your order before it’s processed by shipping! Reach out to us at info@craft-kitties.com, and we’ll help you out. Please email us within 2 hours of your order being placed to ensure we are able to update it before it ships.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course - we can cancel your order if we haven't shipped it yet. For this purpose, please contact us via e-mail: info@craft-kitties.com

Can I change my order?

You can change your order anytime, until you receive your tracking ID. For this purpose, please contact us via e-mail: info@craft-kitties.com

How long will it take to ship my order?

We ship all orders within a 3 day processing time. Large or custom orders will have an increased processing time which will be communicated to the customer prior to ordering.
When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days in Europe and 5–10 business days worldwide. All packages are tracked.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders over $35. Otherwise $4.90 worldwide.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days. We cover the return shipping. No questions asked. Personalized engraved items are non-returnable since we cannot resell them.

Are your products MagSafe-compatible?

Yes. Our MagSafe stands work with iPhone 12 and newer. They support 15W fast charging via USB-C input.

Where are CraftKitties products designed?

All our products are designed by our team in France. Each piece is quality-controlled before it ships out.

How do I personalize a product?

Products tagged "customizable" have a personalization input on the product page. Engraving is free and limited to 32 characters. Personalized products take 1 extra business day to ship.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order here with your order number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries via tracked carriers. Delivery times vary — typically 5–10 business days outside of Europe.

What payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
