If you are not satisfied with a product, you have up to 14 days after receipt to return it to us at your expense. It will be refunded to you in a Craft Kitties ™ voucher and valid on all our products without purchasing conditions.However, if a product is defective, we will return a product to you in exchange for the defective one, the return will be at our expense.This return can be made up to 30 days after receipt of the product, but does not take into account any deterioration made by the customer.
